Our state-of-the-art infrastructure features automated press lines integrated with 3-way temperature-controlled, pyrometer-sensed induction billet heaters, ensuring precise temperature management and consistent forging quality.
Our highly flexible forging lines are capable of producing components of varying complexities, ranging in weight from 0.190 kg to 10 kg. This versatility allows us to meet diverse customer requirements across multiple sectors with efficiency and precision.
Supporting our forging and heat treatment processes is our fully equipped in-house metallurgical laboratory. Staffed by experienced metallurgical engineers, the lab provides:
